Jennifer Mimkha is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in plant-based nutrition and food sensitivities.
She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Philadelphia, PA before going on to complete a rigorous dietetic internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT.
